Exhibition Rules
1. General Rules
In order to display Chinese and foreign art works and build a high-end art exchange platform, the Beijing Art Fair Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee) Formulate and implement these rules and have the highest right to modify and interpret these rules. These rules are binding on the organizing committee and all exhibitors (hereinafter referred to as exhibitors).
2. Time and place
Exhibition location: Beijing Exhibition Hall
Exhibition address: No. 3, Xizhimenwai Street, Beijing, China
Period: Year, month, day (Friday) to Sunday (Monday)
Public visit time: Sunday to Sunday, every day (admission stops at 3 pm on Sunday)
Exhibition hall area: multiple square meters
3. Exhibition objects and scope
/> .Exhibition objects: galleries, painting academies, art companies (studio), art schools and other art institutions.
.Art scope: Chinese and Western paintings, sculptures, installations, multimedia, etc.
4. Exhibition Process

The booth fee will be discounted for all winners of the Beijing International Art Fair. (Winners must apply for registration and pay the full booth fee before March 2020)
The registration deadline is March 3, 2020. The organizing committee will arrange booths in sequence according to the exhibit category, exhibitor selection and booth fee payment.
Submit the catalog data and catalog registration form, high-resolution pictures or reverse films before the 3rd of the year.
Confirm the booth design and submit the booth construction design drawing and additional exhibition equipment application form before the month and year.
For registration of exhibitors and works, submit the exhibitor registration form and exhibition work plan before the month and year (the exhibition works shall not exceed one square meter per square meter).
Determine other needs before the month and year. If you need to book a hotel or hire temporary service personnel, please submit the corresponding form to the organizing committee.
5. Confirmation of Exhibition Qualification
Application: From now until the 3rd of the year. To apply to participate in the exhibition, you must submit the exhibition application form in the attachment, which will take effect after it is completed and signed by the person in charge.
. Review of exhibition works: The Art Committee of the Expo is responsible for the review of all exhibition applications. It is the final review body of all exhibition applications and has full rights to independently decide to accept or reject any application. Exhibitor application organizations should ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information submitted. All exhibited works must conform to China's national conditions and respect my country's national aesthetic habits. The organizing committee reserves the final right of review.
3. Exhibition confirmation: The organizing committee will send an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" to the applicant via email, fax or mail to confirm the exhibition qualification.
.Booth arrangement: Applicants shall reserve a booth with the organizing committee when submitting their application for exhibition. The organizing committee will uniformly arrange the booths according to the categories of exhibits, the order in which exhibitors pay booth fees, and with reference to the selection of exhibitors and the overall layout of the exhibition. The organizing committee has the final decision on booths.
. Booth use: Exhibitors are not allowed to sublet part or all of their booth to others without the consent of the organizing committee. If an exhibitor displays exhibits that are inconsistent with the submitted application materials during the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the exhibitor's qualification to participate in the exhibition, and the booth fee paid will not be refunded.
A maximum of one work can be displayed per square meter.
The organizing committee has the right to require applicants to provide detailed and complete information on any exhibit, and has the right to prohibit the display of any items that do not meet the requirements of the expo.

7. Booth fee payment
After the exhibitor's application is accepted, the organizing committee will provide the "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" to the exhibitor by email, fax or mail. The exhibitor must pay in full within three working days after receiving the "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" The booth fee should be paid to the designated account

8. Art Fair Catalog
The organizing committee will publish a color finely printed catalog, which will include the data of participating institutions and exhibits.
. For every square meter of booth area, you can publish a catalog page, one picture of your work, and receive a free catalog album for free. If you need to increase the catalog layout, an additional production fee of RMB/page will be charged. Please submit pictures of your works in the form of electronic files (or) (with printed manuscripts attached). The size of the picture file must be larger than - inch, and the resolution is above 3. Color reversal films or high-definition photos can also be provided (please mark the reversal front, back, top, bottom of the film). Please indicate the author's name, work title, size, material, creation year and other information on the picture of the work.
3. Deadline for catalog data submission: 3rd of the year.
.If the exhibitor fails to submit the data required to publish the catalog to the organizing committee within the specified time, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the publication of the catalog.
9. Exhibition move-in and dismantling

10. Transportation of Exhibits
For questions about the transportation of exhibits, customs declaration, exhibit entry, loading and unloading, preservation of packaging, return of exhibits and payment of fees, please consult the Exhibit Transportation Department of the Art Fair.
